CD-CP Weekly Case Conferencing

Police supervisors and officers, probation officers, medical and mental health workers, school representatives, child welfare case workers and others meet weekly to review, evaluate and prescribe follow-up services for current cases and for the CD-CP Program as a whole. Individual cases are discussed in a roundtable format, enabling the various agencies to share and compare responses. This feedback has contributed to an increase in the number of referrals police make to clinicians.
